At Trident Fly Fishing, we want you to be completely satisfied with your technical apparel and gear. If your purchase doesn't meet your expectations, we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all unworn items in original condition.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Package Your Items

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the garment is in new, resellable condition.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via the portal and drop your package off at any authorized shipping location.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Exchange

  Once our warehouse inspects the return, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your requested exchange within 5-7 business days.
