The Egg Bandit Sculpin was developed by signature tyer Kris Anderson at Umpqua Feather Merchants as a hybrid stream/swim‐pattern built for steelhead, salmon, and searun cutthroat, though, it’s equally deadly anywhere egg-laden fish exist. This realistic fly combines a sculpin–profile with a bright “egg” head, which fish key in on and triggers aggressive strikes. The Egg Bandit excels anytime spawning is going on in your water system, and it particularly thrives when used in the Pacific Northwest, Great Lakes tributaries, and Alaska.
